All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Once an order has been packaged, you will receive tracking information. All orders are tracked.

Due to the volume of orders on our site, we cannot change shipping addresses after orders are placed. Please be sure that you correctly enter your shipping address at the time of checkout.

Once orders are in the possession of USPS, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged items. You must file a claim directly with USPS.

At this time, we do NOT offer international shipping. We apologize for this inconvenience.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of needlepoint canvases and accessories, returns and exchanges are NOT permitted.

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed online. Please email if you need to cancel an order.
